Aluminum Nitride (AlN) can only be combined artificially, but does not exist in natural world. Its main characteristics are as follows:
1) High thermal conductivity coefficient. Its thermal conductivity is higher than aluminum, and 10times to alumina.
2) Low thermal expansion coefficient. Thermal expansion coefficient of AlN is similar to silicon. Electronic component made of Aluminum Nitride has a high thermal stability.
3) Excellent Chemical stability. AlN has a perfect corrosion resistant to most of molten metal, fused salt and high temperature melt and chemical gas.
4) Low dielectric constant and high electric resistance.
